6 cups masa harina (corn flour)
5 cups warm chicken broth
2 t. salt
Let sit 20 minutes. Add flavorings of your choice- onion powder (3 T), cumin (2 T), enchilada sauce (2 tablespoons)
Whip 2 cups of lard for 3 minutes. Add to dough a little at a time and mix well.
Chill until ready to use.
