Sourdough Pretzels

1 1/2 cups sourdough starter (discard)

3 cups flour

3/4 cups warm water

1/4 c. greek yogurt

1 T. sugar

1 T. butter

1 1/2 t. salt

2 t. yeast (or one envelope)

Mix and knead a few minutes.  Let rise 45 minutes.  Cut dough into 12 pieces.  Roll into 15 inch ropes.  Shape on parchment covered cookie sheets.  Brush with melted butter (about 1/2 stick) and sprinkle with course salt. (also can sprinkle with poppy seeds, caraway seed, sesame seed).  Bake 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.  ENJOY
