Carrot Cupcakes

2/3 cups oil 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots 2 eggs 1/2 t salt 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice (usually 1 t. each) 3/4 cup sugar 1 c flour   Mix well.  Fill cupcake papers.  Bake 350 for 13-15 minutes.  Test they are done in the center.
