White Bread

WONDERFUL for French Toast or sandwiches

2 pkgs yeast or 4 1/2 tsp yeast

3/4 cup warm water

Bloom the yeast on the lukewarm water.

Add 2 2/3 cup more warm water

1 T. salt

1/4 cup sugar

3 T. melted butter

9-10 cups of flour.

Mix in kitchen-aid with dough hook about 10 minutes.  Let rise about 90 minutes. Divide into 2 loaves- shape and put in bread pans.

Rise again- brush with more melted butter.  Bake 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.  Use lowest rack.
