Flap Steak

This was a first time recipe- found the flap steak in the mark down bin.  Put steak in a zip lock (2 pounds) and add 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 T. red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or jar garlic, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey and some fresh ground pepper.  Keep in fridge 12 to 24 hours- give it a good squish every so often.  Sear on HOT oiled grill or hot frying pan for just a minute or two a side.

Slice thin and serve as finger food.  Leftovers make great steak and eggs or fajitas with some onion and peppers and a few dashes of hot sauce.  Quick, easy and tasty.
