1 cup sourdough starter
1 1/2 cup water
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1 T. sugar
2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup bread flour
4 c all purpose flour
Mix all in kitchen aid until it forms a nice dough. rise 90 minutes. Pour onto floured surface. Cut and shape into 4 round loaves. Place on parchment on baking pan and rise again. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush with water and cut criss cross pattern. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and tapping sounds hollow.
