This is great with rice, noodles or just plain.
1 T. fresh ginger grated
2 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
1/3 cup broth or wine
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c soy sauce
2 T. cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 2 dozen chicken wings.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and add chicken. Cook stovetop about an hour.
